Couriers are under the pump and facing really big delays. We cannot guarantee delivery times or estimates at the moment but we really want you to wear our products and post so we do all we can to make it happen. Just keep in mind that those are special times!
Why? It's a combination of the highest volume of packages ever being sent, staff having to isolate, covid cases shutting warehouses, lockdowns and non-contact procedures.

Our products are shipped from the North of Australia and the Capital of France 😊.
What you pay is only a participation in regards to the real cost of shipping.
Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.
During busy times please allow 1-5 days for your order to be dispatched.

It’s exciting to be the first to receive an item + we like to make sure you don't miss out on what you want! Also, you help us because as a start up it’s sometimes hard to have a lot of stock, mostly in those uncertain times. Pre order means you place the order now, for delivery in a little while. The product will say 'pre order' in the description + also the expected dispatch date. We update these regularly so you'll know when to expect it.
You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase then a shipping notification when it dispatches. Due to the high numbers of orders we ship when we do pre orders it may take a few days for the order to be collected and the tracking to start showing action! Nothing to worry about!
Again, the world is quite unpredictable right now so we'll let you know if anything changes along the way. Shipping times are understandably slower than usual particularly inter-state,
If you order ONLY pre order items
Your items will be sent when the stock arrives.
If you order pre order + in stock items
In order to save you additional shipping costs we will wait until everything is in stock, then send it all at once. If you would like your in stock items sooner please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll find a solution.
We are sure you will love the the rose accessories you’ve brought into your life, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
Conditions of Return:
All products must be unused, unassembled and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs but the amount of the shipping will be deducted from your next purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
