SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We offer free standard shipping Australia Wide and free return (see conditions below).
- Delivery times
During busy times please allow 1-3 days for your order to be dispatched.
We're confident that you'll love the accessories you've added to your life, but if for some reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase.
Conditions of return: all products must be unworn and in their original packaging.
What you need to do: Send us an email explaining why you want to return your item, and we'll send you a prepaid return label that you can print. Simply send the item back to us using the provided label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll automatically apply the refund to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
- International shipping from Australia
We offer free international shipping for all orders above 500 AUD.
If you are located outside of Australia, you may be required to pay duty taxes upon receiving your parcel due to new European regulations. If this applies to your order, please send us an email with a proof of payment, and we'll refund the amount of the taxes to you.
Parcels are being shipped from two locations : Byron Shire in NSW Australia and Gennevilliers in France.
- Pre order
When we have a pre-launch, we offer a special discount to thank you for helping us finance this new venture.
We're committed to making our customers the first to know about new products and to offer them at a special price, helping us grow as a small brand. You'll receive an order confirmation when you make a purchase and a shipping notification once it's dispatched. Please note that due to the high volume of pre-orders, it may take a few days for your order to be collected and for tracking information to show action. This is normal and nothing to worry about!
If you order ONLY pre order items
Your items will be sent when the stock arrives.
If you order pre order + in stock items
For orders within Australia, in-stock items will be sent out promptly.
For orders outside of Australia: To save you on additional shipping costs, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping your order.
If you would like your in-stock items sooner please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll find a solution.

Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from our eshop only.
