We are in the process of establishing a hub in France so that products can be delivered directly within the European Union. Until then, please be aware that customs and tax fees are currently high in the European Union.

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. *

Returns are free in Australia and we will send you a label.

We are unable to offer free returns for International Orders but you can send back to using your own means.

Returns are not free for items on promotion.

Conditions of return: all products must be unworn and in their original packaging.

What you need to do: Send us an email explaining why you want to return your item, and if you are in Australia we'll send you a prepaid return label that you can print. Simply send the item back to us using the provided label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll automatically apply the refund to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

If you are located outside of Australia, please send us an email explaining the reason for your return, and we will provide you with guidance through the process.
