Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. *

Returns are free in Australia and we will send you a label.

We are unable to offer free returns for International Orders but you can send back to using your own means.

Conditions of return: all products must be unworn and in their original packaging.

What you need to do: Send us an email explaining why you want to return your item, and if you are in Australia we'll send you a prepaid return label that you can print. Simply send the item back to us using the provided label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll automatically apply the refund to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

If you are located outside of Australia, please send us an email explaining the reason for your return, and we will provide you with guidance through the process.

SUPER COOL!

I love my Bague One rings....they are fabulous! I am a Fashion Stylist with a Luxury Line of clothing out of NY and these rings are my "go to" when getting dressed! I bought the ivory/gold....the black/gold....the black/silver and the solid plain silver. I added a thin gold trumpet ring to stack with the rings that have gold on them. They look classic....and super cool!!
